RATES:
Are based on double occupancy. Add $10.00/extra adult and $5.00/extra
child per night.
DEPOSIT:
50% deposit will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard only when
we confirm your reservation. If you wish to pay by certified check
or money order it can be mailed to P.O. Box 8, Alert Bay, BC, V0N
1A0.
CHECK
IN: 12:00 noon or later.
DEPARTURE
TIME: 12:00 noon.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: 30 days notice is required. When advance cancellation notice
is given, a full return of any payment is given. For accommodation
cancellation notice of less than 30 days notice: If the accommodation
becomes filled by other guests on the nights previously reserved
and for which a payment has been taken, the payment will be fully
refunded on the nights occupied by other guests. On any night not
filled, the payment will not be refunded. We will do our utmost
to fill the cancelled nights, however, it will not always be possible
as most reservations are made well in advance.
All
ACCOMMODATION rates are based on 1 night's accommodation.
